???? Job Description

As a Program Advisory, your role will involve ownership of the revenue and enrollment plans for a specific group of programs aligned with the Team Leader. You will be part of the frontline Program Advisory team, engaging with prospects across various channels (email, phone, chat, video conference) to help them enroll in upskilling programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the Revenue Plan for specific programs and ensure alignment with the Revenue and Marketing Leaders.
Drive daily Operations of the team by ensuring KPIs and KRAs are met, optimizing the Inside Sales team’s efficiency.
Work on tactical goals for non-performing programs and ensure a quick turnaround on business-critical goals.
Monitor and improve metrics such as hourly dials, talk time, first-time-to-attempt, average handling time, etc.
Collaborate with Training and Quality teams to set up continuous training and coaching for Program Advisors (PAs).
Proactively plan and mobilize sufficient staffing for shifts, regions, and programs.
Ensure adherence to quality parameters for the team.
Lead Daily stand-ups with stakeholders and track adherence to Inside Sales metrics.
Coach and mentor the Program Advisors, conducting regular reviews.
Represent the Outreach team in weekly cross-functional business reviews.
Handle escalations with respect to leads.
Drive enrollments via bulk/Referrals to generate additional revenue.
Achieve targets related to production, compliance, and quality score.

???? Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in setting up and leading high-performance sales teams, ensuring they are ethically sound and motivated.
Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable to changing business needs, and driven to overcome challenges.
5+ years of overall sales experience and 3+ years of experience handling inside sales/field sales teams (10+ headcount) with revenue responsibility.
