Role Overview

The Travelers Cheques & Prepaid Servicing (TCPS) Operations Team provides extraordinary customer service for merchants and customers globally in a 24x7 multi-lingual environment. The team manages servicing and operations for prepaid products, offering support through phone servicing and back-end operations.

This role involves reviewing and analyzing requests for prepaid products, ensuring that compliance requirements are met before making a decision to approve or decline transactions.


Key Responsibilities

???? Manage inbound customer and seller calls for prepaid products like Gift Cards and Travelers Cheques
???? Handle claims for lost/stolen cheques and unable-to-cash Travelers Cheques
???? Process refund requests, overspend cases, and excessive balance cases
???? Handle escheatment calls and faxes
???? Prioritize work effectively to maintain a balance between compliance, policies, and customer experience
???? Respond to escalations, conduct root cause analysis, and provide resolutions
???? Analyze risk-related data and identify fraud connections
???? Adapt to change effectively to meet or exceed performance targets


Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

???? Graduate with 0 to 3 years of experience
???? Ability to work in a 24x7 customer-facing calling profile
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
???? Good oral and written communication skills in English
???? Strong listening and decision-making skills
???? Ability to handle escalated issues politely and effectively
