???? What’s the Role?

As a Talent Capability Coordinator, you will play a key role in enabling and supporting global Talent and Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery and consistent standards across all Talent and L&D activities.


???? Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate talent management processes:
    Annual goal setting, performance reviews, talent reviews, and succession planning.

  • Maintain and update talent data; generate timely and accurate Excel reports.

  • Support DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) and Wellbeing initiatives:
    Coordinate events, track participation, manage communications, and report on impact.

  • Administer global learning programs:
    Schedule sessions, manage registration, track attendance, and collect feedback.

  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS):
    Upload content, handle enrolments, and generate performance/training reports.

  • Liaise with HRBPs, internal facilitators, and external vendors to ensure seamless program delivery.

  • Be proactive, organized, and committed to supporting Bradken’s talent initiatives and business goals.


Key Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Prior experience in a Learning & Development or HR role.

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive learner with an attention to detail.
