  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)

  • Relocation Support: Within country support available; minimal support for international voluntary transfers

???? Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisor for Frontline Sales, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment services. You will partner with People Managers and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, source top talent, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

You will also provide strategic and leadership support to the TA team, while ensuring compliance, quality service delivery, and continuous process improvement.


????️ Key Responsibilities

???? Recruitment & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for your function

  • Partner with People Managers to understand business needs and applicant requirements

  • Source, assess, match, and close candidates using a variety of channels and strategies

  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process

  • Work closely with TA Coordinators and BU TA Leads to deliver recruitment service excellence

  • Provide market insights and recommendations based on competitive landscape

???? Team & Operations Management

  • Lead and develop a team of TA Advisors for frontline recruitment

  • Coach and mentor advisors to continuously improve their capabilities

  • Manage onboarding, performance, development, and compliance

  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and candidate/hiring manager satisfaction to drive performance

???? Process & Strategy

  • Tailor and implement Frontline TA operational strategy to meet functional needs

  • Act as the SME and consultant for all frontline hiring needs

  • Leverage data and analytics to improve decision-making and recruitment outcomes

  • Identify service issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives


???? What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

  • At least 1 year of people management or team leadership experience

  • Proven expertise in sourcing, assessment, and closing candidates

  • Knowledge of local market trends, industry networks, and sourcing channels

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and project management skills

  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive strategy and process improvements

  • Proactive, organized, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity
