Job Responsibilities

???? Incident Management & Troubleshooting

Respond promptly to infrastructure and network incidents reported via the Service Desk or monitoring systems.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software issues, escalating complex incidents to appropriate teams or vendors.

???? Infrastructure & Network Maintenance

Install, configure, and maintain infrastructure and network components following operational procedures.
Implement and manage software patches to ensure security updates are applied promptly.
Maintain configuration baselines and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

???? Security & Compliance

Conduct regular vulnerability and patch management reviews using tools such as Qualys and Microsoft InTune.
Perform regular operational checks (e.g., backups) to ensure systems run smoothly and recover from failures when necessary.

???? Stakeholder Communication & Support

Keep users informed about their support tickets and maintain records as per ticket management procedures.
Occasionally travel to support installation projects and resolve remote issues that cannot be addressed using standard tools.

Qualifications & Skills

???? Essential:
✔ Strong understanding of incident triage, escalation, and troubleshooting for Network, Server, and Azure environments.
✔ Effective communication and collaboration skills for technical support.
✔ Ability to prioritize tasks and meet SLAs for issue resolution.
✔ Strong knowledge of Microsoft enterprise products.

???? Desirable:
✔ Experience managing Active Directory (AD) user accounts and groups.
✔ Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell.
✔ Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
✔ Relevant certifications such as:

Microsoft Administrator Expert, Teams Administrator
ITIL Foundation
Cisco CCNA
VMware VCP
CompTIA A+ and Security+
