As a Strategy Analyst at Vontier, you will play a critical role in enhancing decision-making capabilities and driving transformative change that aligns with Vontier’s strategic vision. You will collaborate closely with analytics and data engineering teams to develop technical requirements and innovative solutions, directly influencing the company’s strategic direction.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis: Lead comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to uncover actionable insights that drive Vontier’s strategic initiatives.
Solution Development: Partner with analytics and data engineering teams to design and implement cutting-edge solutions that empower data-driven decision-making.
Data Standardization: Lead efforts in data standardization to ensure consistency and reliability in data analysis.
Business Intelligence: Deploy business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and frameworks to support management decisions.
Agile Methodologies: Work within an agile framework to deliver quick turnaround on project work, adapting to changing requirements.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure solutions align with organizational goals.
Continuous Improvement: Explore and implement emerging analytical techniques and industry best practices to enhance strategic capabilities.

???? Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Post Graduate degrees (in sciences, mathematics, or economics) will also be considered.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in market analysis or business intelligence.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the mobility or technology sectors.

⚙️ Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions and data visualization techniques).
Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Proficiency in coding languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) for BI and analytics.
Data visualization tools & techniques that demonstrate creativity and innovation in presenting complex data insights.
Basic understanding of AI concepts and frameworks; experience in developing technical requirements is a plus.
Familiarity with data integration and data warehouse concepts is advantageous.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on deriving insights from complex datasets.
Project management skills, with the ability to execute projects efficiently and deliver results on time.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present data-driven insights to diverse audiences.
