Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Planning & Sampling

???? Develop an action plan and micro plan based on the Annual Plan
???? Prepare sufficient and feasible samples to meet monthly targets
???? Update plan and sample on a quarterly basis

2. Field Survey & Data Collection

???? Conduct cross-verification of data
???? Perform in-person interviews, observations, and focus group discussions with stakeholders and beneficiaries
???? Ensure high-quality data collection and support survey tool design
???? Assist in piloting tools and processes as needed

3. Reporting

???? Maintain daily trackers for target achievement
???? Prepare district visit reports and field visit closure reports
???? Generate other required reports and data tabulations

4. Support to Other Functions

???? Participate in training programs organized by the Program Team
???? Support research studies through data collection

Qualifications & Experience

???? Education: Graduate degree in Social Sciences or related fields
???? Experience:

5-7 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation
Experience in data collection through surveys, interviews, and field research
High comfort with technology
Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel
Prior non-profit experience preferred but not required
Experience in managing teams
