The purpose of the role is to drive the objectives and strategies for Mobil Lubricants within a dedicated region and set of outlets. You will act as the primary relationship owner with outlets, ensuring sales targets, billing, and cash collections are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Planning: Implement secondary sales plans to achieve distribution, volume, product mix, and cash collection targets.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers (e.g., retail shops, independent workshops, mechanics).

  • Market Coverage: Conduct daily visits to ensure distribution goals are met, and monitor sales targets, including volume and payment collections.

  • Product Visibility: Maximize visibility of Mobil products at retail outlets (e.g., through merchandising, promotional material).

  • Market Analysis: Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new growth opportunities.

  • Outlet Development: Build relationships with potential new retailers and workshops to drive new business.

  • Volume Forecasting: Assist the Business Manager in preparing volume forecasts by assessing retail outlet stock levels and potential.

  • Customer Retention: Ensure repeat sales, upselling, and cross-selling to existing accounts.

  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).

  • Sales Experience: Experience in lubricants and spare parts sales is preferred.

  • Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

    • Good product knowledge and trade scheme understanding.

    • Market research and competitive analysis skills.
