Job Description:

The role focuses on delivering objectives and strategies for Mobil Lubricants within a designated region, ensuring effective relationships with outlets. You will be responsible for:

  • Territory Planning & Organization

  • Achieving Sales Targets: Secondary sales, distribution, product mix, billing, and cash collection through beat plans

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop long-term relationships with retail shops, independent workshops, and mechanics

  • Market Analysis: Track market trends, assess competition, and identify new growth opportunities

  • Product Visibility & Merchandising: Ensure proper display of Mobil products and promotional materials

  • New Business Development: Identify and build relationships with potential new retailers/workshops

  • Market Visits: Daily visits to ensure outlet distribution, volume, and payment targets are met

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Experience: No prior experience required (Fresher position)

  • Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills
