???? Salary: ₹5,50,000 – ₹8,50,000 per year
???? Job Type: Full-time
???? Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
???? Shift Timings:

  • UK Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • US Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
    Night shift allowance applicable
    ???? Joining: Immediate – 15 Days

???? Role Overview

You will be responsible for selling sponsorship packages for educational events, conferences, and exhibitions. The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close high-value sponsorship deals.


???? Key Responsibilities

???? Sponsorship Sales & Strategy

  • Identify and approach potential sponsors aligned with event objectives.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies targeting key decision-makers.

  • Tailor and present sponsorship proposals based on client needs.

???? Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in sponsor organizations.

  • Network via industry events, outreach campaigns, and virtual meetings.

???? Contracting & Negotiation

  • Lead negotiations, finalize terms, and manage the full contract lifecycle.

  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams for agreement execution.

???? Internal Collaboration

  • Work with event planning, marketing, and ops teams to ensure successful sponsor deliverables.

  • Serve as the point of contact for sponsor servicing and post-sale support.

???? Reporting & Tracking

  • Monitor performance against targets.

  • Maintain CRM records, report pipeline metrics, and forecast revenue.


Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in Sponsorship Sales or B2B Sales (Events/Media industry preferred)

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal & written communication

  • Strong negotiation & presentation skills

  • CRM and MS Office proficiency

  • Strategic thinker with strong client servicing capability

  • Comfortable with travel and client-facing roles
