We are seeking a Social Listening Analyst to join our Optimization & Reporting team. This role supports both local and international clients in analyzing social media conversations, identifying brand-impacting issues in real-time, and presenting insights that drive strategic decisions.

This position is perfect for an ambitious self-starter who enjoys transforming complex digital conversations into actionable insights for executive audiences.

???? Key Responsibilities

Real-time monitoring of digital and social content to support crisis communication and brand reputation management.
Daily social listening and analytics reporting aligned with brand and business objectives.
Translate large datasets into clear, digestible stories for C-suite presentations.
Track competitors and audience sentiment around key topics or events.
Develop and refine internal processes to improve automation and listening capabilities.
Stay updated on client-specific announcements, public relations events, and industry trends.
Collaborate with a team of social intelligence experts to deliver high-impact insights.
Proofread and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and brand tone.
Potential to mentor or lead junior analysts in delivering impactful business intelligence.

✅ Skills & Experience Required

Strong understanding or interest in digital and social media analytics.
Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and insight generation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with social media listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprout Social).
Familiarity with advanced Boolean search queries (preferred).
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience creating executive-level presentations for large organizations.

Experience in data visualization or dashboard creation.
Familiarity with data storytelling and reporting in fast-paced agency or consulting environments.
