This role is part of the Global Operations team, working across the US, UK, and India. The purpose of the role is to ensure the timely and accurate settlement of domestic, foreign, and currency transactions for all product types. The position involves handling all operational aspects of processing transactions, from trade confirmation to reconciliation, managing relationships with brokers, custodians, prime brokers, vendors, sub-advisors, and traders.
Trade Matching & Settlement:
Contact brokers or review electronic trade matching to ensure domestic and international trades are matched on key trade information.
Instruct custodians to ensure timely settlement of all domestic and international transactions for various products and security types.
Manage fails for timely resolution to minimize risk.
