Job Overview:

Join Akamai's Global Delivery Excellence Team, which supports Akamai’s 2,500+ person Global Services and Support organization (Professional Services, Customer Support, and Account Management). This team utilizes complex data and action-driven tools to influence operational efficiency, quality, and compliance.

As a Services Analyst II, you will be responsible for implementing complex reporting and dashboard solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to identify risks, and providing data-driven recommendations to improve business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Forecasting & Business Models:
- Develop financial forecasts and business models using Anaplan, Tableau, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Assist in monthly reporting, variance analysis, and trend reporting to provide insights into financial performance.
Cost & Budget Management:
- Manage costs, budgets, and lead compensation planning activities.
Collaborative Requirements Gathering:
- Define business needs through collaborative sessions and work with stakeholders to identify potential risks.
Customized Reporting & Dashboards:
- Design user-friendly, customized reporting and dashboards based on thorough understanding of business use cases.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze data for patterns, trends, or risks and provide mitigation options to stakeholders.

Skills & Experience Required:

Experience:
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
Technical Skills:
- Development experience on business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Anaplan, etc.
- Demonstrated ability in backend data analysis and handling confidential data.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication (verbal and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle ambiguity, work cross-functionally, and work in a results-driven environment.
