???? About the Role: Senior Salesperson

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesperson to lead customer acquisition efforts in our growing Indian operations. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with marketing and customer success teams to identify, engage, and convert leads into loyal customers.

Your ability to establish relationships, understand customer needs, and present tailored solutions will be crucial to success.

???? Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify prospective customers through outreach and discovery.
  • Present Vestd's platform's value and demonstrate its benefits in real-world scenarios.
  • Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Provide customer insights to enhance our product offerings.
  • Stay updated on Vestd’s products and market competition.
  • Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot) to maintain accurate lead interactions and records.

???? Note: This role is fully remote but requires occasional in-person attendance at team retreats.


???? Requirements

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in sales delivery and business development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and achieve results.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong technical skills with experience in HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written).

  • Experience with startups and scaleups.
  • Knowledge of share schemes and equity.
  • Experience working in a remote team.
