Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven ERP Sales Executive to manage the sales and implementation of our ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for clients, helping guide them through the sales process and ensuring a smooth transition to implementation. This role requires strong knowledge of ERP systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of ERP products and modules to effectively present solutions to clients.

  • Identify potential customers, generate leads, and nurture relationships to convert prospects into clients.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and recommending appropriate ERP solutions.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact, product demonstrations, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and propose tailored ERP solutions that meet client requirements.

  • Work closely with the implementation team to ensure seamless transition post-sale.

  • Conduct onsite and remote product demonstrations and training sessions for potential customers.

  • Maintain customer engagement through timely follow-ups during the sales and onboarding process.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and evolving client needs.

  • Maintain sales records, generate reports, and provide updates on the pipeline, revenue forecasts, and market trends.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in ERP Sales or Software Solutions Sales.

  • Strong ability to identify, engage, and close sales opportunities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Knowledge of ERP software and implementation processes is an added advantage.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and product demonstrations.

  • Preference: Male candidates preferred.
