Work Location: In person (Hanumangarh, Suratgarh, Shriganganagar)
We are urgently hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive with a passion for working in the Sugar Industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales and marketing with good contacts in sectors like retail, hotels, airlines, restaurants, and car dealerships.
Build sales and distribution networks for our products in the defined market.
Develop and manage the dealer and distributor network.
Aggressively retail products and ensure product availability at the retailer level through effective negotiation.
Maintain regular updates on competitor activities.
Report all sales activities daily and on time.
Focus on product range selling to retailers.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned locations.
Experience: Required in retail and institutional sales (Hotels, Airlines, Restaurants, Car Dealers).
Education: Graduate (preferably with a background in sales/marketing).
Skills: Strong negotiation skills, target achievement, and proactive follow-ups.
Allowances: Traveling expenses and other allowances provided.
