₹3,60,000 – ₹4,50,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, tech-savvy, and customer-focused Sales and Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team in the professional services sector. As the first point of contact for new leads, you will play a vital role in guiding prospects through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand the value of our services and feel supported throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for new leads, addressing questions and concerns with empathy and clarity

  • Guide potential customers through product features and value propositions

  • Schedule and manage appointments, including follow-ups to ensure lead engagement

  • Identify issues early and proactively reach out to improve trial-to-subscription conversions

  • Monitor customer progress during onboarding and provide timely support and guidance

  • Capture and share customer feedback to support continuous improvement and customer advocacy


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales, Pre-Sales, or Inside Sales (preferably B2B)

  • Proven track record of meeting objectives and embracing new challenges

  • Master’s degree (mandatory)

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly understand and explain digital products

  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • A passion for improving processes and driving business growth
