Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and work in the Airline Domain. The role involves analyzing business requirements and collaborating with the Product Management Team and customers to define development requirements. You'll be responsible for providing functional and technical assistance, identifying system solutions, and ensuring user requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze Business Requirements: Review and define development requirements based on business needs submitted by the Product Management Team or customers.
System and Procedure Development: Provide assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user needs.
Business Process Modeling: Conduct business process modeling and generate applicable scenarios for the testing team.
Clarify Business Needs: Organize, discover, and clarify business needs while reviewing or producing specifications for changes.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 8+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a similar role in the IT industry.
Airline Domain Knowledge: Extensive experience in Airline Domain, specifically with Interline Billing and Settlement, RAM rules for billing of fare, taxes, ISC, Codeshare, One World processes, ICH/ACH, and direct settlement for PAX and miscellaneous billings.
SDLC Exposure: Exposure to a structured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Agile Environment Experience: Proven experience in delivering solutions in an Agile environment.
Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with various audiences.
Self-management: Strong self-management skills with the ability to escalate issues in a timely manner and meet deadlines.
