Our teams work closely with clients to create impactful, user-first software solutions and embrace innovation and emerging technologies.
As a Senior Developer at Fabric, you'll be a trusted advisor and hands-on contributor, guiding clients and collaborating with teams to deliver technical excellence. You'll take ownership of challenges, drive innovation, and make an impact through meaningful software solutions.
Work autonomously and take ownership of challenges and delivery
Understand and solve complex business and technical problems
Research and propose alternative technical solutions within constraints
Work hands-on using various languages and tools
Apply CI/CD and DevOps practices for faster, high-quality delivery
Use TDD to ensure maintainable and robust code
Mentor junior developers and host knowledge-sharing events
Advise clients on best practices and technical strategies
Represent Fabric’s values and culture in client and community interactions
Support recruitment and marketing with interviews and thought leadership
Expertise in C#, .NET 8.0+, ASP.NET MVC, and libraries like MediatR, Fluent, MoQ
Familiarity with the CQRS pattern
Experience with Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, pipelines, and Azure Web Apps (bonus)
Proficiency with API Gateways (preferably Kong)
Strong skills in unit, integration, and API testing
Experience with Docker (Kubernetes is a plus)
CI/CD pipeline implementation
Test-driven development (TDD) methodology
Agile methodology experience
Ability to work across tech stacks and learn new tools quickly
Exposure to a wide range of industries and projects
The ability to change projects every 6–12 months to stay challenged
Work in a value-driven team passionate about the right way to build software
