Key Responsibilities

???? IT Infrastructure & Workplace Services

Manage desktop infrastructure with expertise in Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, Intune, PowerShell, and GPO
Handle application packaging and lifecycle management
Ensure seamless VDI infrastructure and cloud VDI operations

???? System Administration & Automation

Intermediate knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Group Policy, and App-V
Work with Azure AD, ServiceNow, SharePoint for enterprise solutions
PowerShell scripting for automation

???? Service & Vendor Management

Manage third-party service providers and ensure compliance
Follow ITIL v3 principles for effective IT service management
Ensure a customer-service-oriented approach

Required Qualifications & Skills

???? Education & Certifications:

Microsoft MCSA / MCSE or MCITP / MCTS certified
ITIL v3 knowledge is a plus

???? Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience with DevOps practices
Strong knowledge of application packaging, Intune, and Cloud VDI
Basic understanding of C# programming (added advantage)

???? Soft Skills:

Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
Effective time management and decision-making
