Role Overview:

As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational and commercial performance of suppliers, ensuring that SITA’s strategy is effectively implemented. You will handle supplier contracts, ensuring compliance, and managing risks while driving cost-saving initiatives. You will work closely with legal, finance, and operational teams to support seamless contract execution and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Drafting & Execution:
Create contracts that align with internal partner input (legal, product, financial, etc.) and business requirements.
Negotiation:
Negotiate contractual terms to ensure favorable conditions for SITA.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in all contractual obligations. Identify and mitigate potential risks.
Monitoring Performance & Obligations:
Provide relevant teams with information on customer contracts, ensuring obligations are met.
Financial Oversight:
Manage contract payments, billing milestones, and financial obligations, ensuring revenue assurance and resolving billing disputes.
Amendments & Renewals:
Handle contract modifications, extensions, and terminations while ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as a liaison between legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
Supplier Relationship Management:
Serve as the corporate point of contact for supplier management, ensuring continuous engagement and driving opportunities to increase value and save costs.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management or a similar function, ideally within a global organization or service provider environment.
Skills & Expertise:
- Experience with developing strategies to optimize operational costs without sacrificing quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of ICT technologies and services.
- Competent in data analysis.
- Proficiency in creating data models and reports with Microsoft Power BI (preferred).
- Experience in the Airport/Airline industry (preferred).
