Position Overview

As a Contract Manager, you will own the operational and commercial performance of suppliers, ensure contractual compliance, and act as a key link between stakeholders including legal, finance, and operational teams. You'll also support SITA’s broader strategy by streamlining supplier engagement and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Drafting & Execution: Develop contracts that align with legal, financial, and business objectives.
Negotiation: Ensure favorable terms during contract negotiations.
Compliance & Risk Management: Guarantee legal and regulatory alignment; identify and mitigate risks.
Performance Monitoring: Share contract details with relevant departments and ensure obligations are met.
Financial Oversight: Manage billing milestones, revenue assurance, and resolve billing disputes.
Contract Modifications: Oversee amendments, renewals, or terminations while maintaining compliance.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise between legal, finance, and operations for smooth contract execution.
Supplier Engagement: Serve as the corporate point of contact for 3rd party suppliers.
Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to increase value and reduce costs.
Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned suppliers.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management or a similar role in a global organization.
Experience optimizing operational costs without compromising quality or performance.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ICT technologies and services.
Skilled in data analysis and reporting; Power BI experience is a plus.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Prior experience in the airport/airline industry is preferred.
