The RM team plays a pivotal role in aligning business goals with talent capabilities, ensuring effective business operations and growth.

The Deloitte Encore Program specifically caters to seasoned professionals who have been away from the workforce for 6 months to 4 years. This paid 16-week program offers the chance to enhance your skills while gaining hands-on experience in a client service environment. The program includes mentorship and training, and upon successful completion, participants may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time position, depending on business requirements and performance.

Work You Will Do:

As a Senior Analyst - Resource Management, you will engage directly with business leaders, manage resource planning, and execute strategies to optimize resource deployment. Your role will involve understanding the project pipeline, staffing requirements, and addressing capacity issues to ensure effective resource management across US, Global Member Firms, and USI.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Forecasting & Bench Management: Execute processes around demand forecasting, campus deployments, and managing demand-supply gaps.
Governance & Metrics Review: Own governance for RM parameters, working closely with the business to drive key performance metrics. Conduct data research, analysis, and reconciliation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with FSS leadership and practitioners. Conduct regular practitioner connects to understand ground dynamics and provide actionable insights.
Conflict Management: Handle schedule conflicts and smooth rollover planning.
Visa Processes: Serve as an advisor for FSS regarding visa processes.
Process Improvement & Strategy Execution: Collaborate to drive RM strategy execution and align with business goals.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

Postgraduate in any stream.
Total Experience: 4-6 years, with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Resource Management capacity.

Preferred Skills:

Proficient in Excel.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
Attention to detail with the ability to work independently and within teams.
Ability to quickly adapt to new deployment tools.
