About the Role:

As a Senior Insights Analyst, you will work closely with our Business teams to:

Identify opportunities for improving product performance using Rewards.
Find new areas for growth and customer retention.
Champion data-driven decision making across Tide.
Support multiple products, mainly in Payments, Subscriptions, and Financial & Business Services.

This role is perfect for someone with a growth mindset, commercial focus, and a passion for tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Influence marketing strategies through powerful insights.
Present actionable insights to stakeholders and senior management.
Build KPIs and monitor the success of marketing strategies and rewards programs.
Write complex SQL/Python queries to solve business problems.
Democratize insights by creating self-serve dashboards (using Looker).
Transform ambiguous business problems into defined, actionable analytics projects.
Assess business opportunities and test hypotheses through data analysis.
Work with Snowflake, dbt, Python, and Looker to manage and present data.
Proactively bring new analytical ideas and approaches to the table.

Comfort working independently on vague or ambiguous problems.
Excellent communication skills, able to explain statistical concepts clearly.
Solid SQL and Python proficiency.
Track record of delivering impactful insights and actionable recommendations.
Experience translating business needs into analytical solutions.
Ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders across seniority levels.
Understanding of statistics and experimentation methodologies.
A self-starter attitude with the initiative to drive business value.
