About the Role

As a Senior Insights Analyst at Tide, you will work closely with our Business teams to uncover opportunities for improving performance of existing products using Rewards and identify new areas for growth and retention. You will serve as a data advocate, helping to build a data-driven culture and deliver product-specific insights that will drive member behavior.

The ideal candidate will have experience working across customer lifecycles, particularly in Payments, Subscriptions, and Financial & Business Services. Key Responsibilities

Influence marketing strategies powered by Rewards using data-driven insights.
Present insights to stakeholders and senior management, translating analysis into actionable recommendations.
Partner with Product Marketing teams to develop KPIs for measuring the success of marketing strategies and monitoring the performance of rewards.
Use your SQL/Python expertise to interrogate data and solve key business problems.
Proactively suggest new ideas related to business questions, analytics approaches, and datasets.
Translate vague and ambiguous questions into defined solutions for business improvement.
Democratize insights by helping stakeholders create self-serve dashboards.
Assess opportunities, understand behaviors, and test hypotheses using data analysis.
Present data clearly and effectively, using visualization tools like Looker.
Work with Snowflake, dbt, Python, and Looker for data operations.

What We Are Looking For

Ownership mindset with a focus on seeing the impact of your work.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and solving vague problems independently.
Good communication skills and the ability to explain statistical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to take a business question or problem and turn it into an insight brief.
Proficient in SQL/Python.
A track record of delivering insights and actionable recommendations in an analytical role.
Strong relationship-building skills, especially when helping teams adopt data-driven decision-making.
Experience capturing stakeholder requirements and building appropriate analytical solutions.
A self-starter with a passion for spotting opportunities and solving challenges using data.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Solid grounding in statistics and experimentation methodologies.
