Job Title: Learning Operations Specialist

Level: Senior Analyst
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Shift: US Shift (2 PM – 11 PM IST)


About the Role:

Are you customer service-oriented with a passion for supporting global internal clients? Join Deloitte’s Learning Operations team and be part of a collaborative group that supports backend learning operations and administrative functions for Deloitte Member Firms worldwide.

This role involves acting as an advisor and consultant to internal clients, ensuring timely and accurate support in planning and delivering training programs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary advisor/consultant to internal clients

  • Lead virtual transitions and manage client communications

  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness in task delivery

  • Delegate and track team workload efficiently

  • Perform quality checks on work before submission

  • Set and manage expectations with clients, including escalation handling

  • Foster team collaboration, sharing best practices and knowledge

  • Assist Assistant Manager in SLA tracking and reporting

  • Own and update SOPs, checklists, and FAQs

  • Demonstrate strong time management and prioritization

  • Participate in firm-wide initiatives and continuous improvement

  • Mentor team members and act as a subject matter expert

  • Prepare dashboards and performance metrics for management


Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate / MBA

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in learning or backend operations

  • Prior experience in leading small teams


Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent email etiquette

  • Proficiency in basic Excel functions (sort, filter, remove duplicates)

  • Team player with effective collaboration and time management skills

  • Experience managing cases/tickets and stakeholder communications

  • Experience working with US clients/stakeholders


Preferred Skills:

  • Basic PowerPoint presentation creation

  • Familiarity with virtual platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Saba Meeting/Centra)
