Senior Analyst – KYC, AML, Due Diligence

Location: Chandigarh

Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Analyst with expertise in KYC, AML, and Due Diligence to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to analyze information, and proactively collaborate with stakeholders. A high level of attention to detail, quality standards, and service excellence is expected.

Key Responsibilities

???? KYC Operations Management:

  • Manage KYC operations for a large Investment Bank.
  • Ensure compliance with AML and Due Diligence policies.

???? Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Independently handle multiple client points of contact (POCs).
  • Establish yourself as a trusted partner by identifying opportunities for improvement.

???? Process Excellence & Controls:

  • Develop domain expertise across processes and implement process improvements.
  • Assist in the remediation of issues and build/enhance controls to prevent escalations.
  • Maintain updated process documentation at all times.

Required Qualifications & Skills

✔ Education:

  • Graduation: B.Com., BBA, BBM, BCA
  • Post-Graduation: M.Com., MBA, PGDM

✔ Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years in KYC, AML, and Due Diligence.

✔ Functional & Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of risk assessment and management.
  • Basic knowledge of finance, investment banking, trade life cycle, and derivatives.
  • Strong logical and quantitative abilities.
