Your Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop Innovative & Sustainable Chemical Processes – Optimize chemical processes by applying Green Chemistry principles and new technologies.
✅ Process Transfer & Troubleshooting – Assist in the transfer of optimized processes to pilot and commercial plants, providing technical support.
✅ Laboratory Leadership – Lead a team of 2 technicians, ensuring efficient lab operations.
✅ Safety & Compliance – Strictly enforce SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) policies in the lab and across the site.
✅ Purification & Analysis – Assess process results using appropriate analytical techniques.
✅ Technical Documentation – Write technical reports, project reports, and scientific publications.
✅ Research & Development – Conduct literature and patent searches using Scifinder, Reaxys, and other e-resources.
✅ Process Documentation – Ensure exhaustive documentation of laboratory experiments and summarize findings.
✅ Collaboration & Networking – Engage with business stakeholders and the scientific community.

What You Bring

✔ Ph.D. in Chemistry with 7–10 years of experience in organic synthesis within chemical industries.
✔ Strong expertise in analytical techniques (IR, NMR, Mass, HPLC, GC, etc.).
✔ Knowledge of process safety & process engineering principles.
✔ Experience with pilot plant & industrial plant operations.
✔ Curious & open-minded with excellent teamwork & communication skills.
