The Opportunity

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing essential customizations and integrations on the Salesforce platform, contributing directly to client success. While solution design will be led by our Technical Architect team, your coding skills will bring those visions to life.

Your First 12 Months at Komodo Will Include:

Mastering advanced software development and design patterns
Gaining deep experience with Salesforce, AWS, and related technologies
Becoming proficient in LWC, Apex, JavaScript, TypeScript, and NodeJS
Tackling real-world healthcare challenges through smart technical solutions
Collaborating effectively with diverse teams and refining problem-solving abilities
Actively pursuing personal growth through mentorship and certifications

Key Responsibilities

Develop custom Lightning Web Components, Apex triggers, batch jobs, and REST services
Integrate Salesforce with AWS Lambda using JavaScript/TypeScript
Collaborate via Git, CI/CD tools, Slack, and Github issues
Write clear, maintainable code and documentation for internal and client use
Proactively manage expectations and deadlines with team leads and project managers
Take initiative in learning opportunities and cross-functional support tasks
Contribute to team knowledge sharing and process improvements

What You Bring

Proven experience in Apex development and building UI with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Solid understanding of JavaScript, NodeJS, and TypeScript
Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns
Effective communicator with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and source control systems like Git

Nice-to-Have Skills

Salesforce Developer and Architecture certifications
Exposure to additional technologies like Linux or other programming languages
Experience with NPM, YARN, and other package managers
