Job Summary

We are hiring a Salesforce Developer to enhance Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Apttus CPQ/CLM. You will work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to build scalable, automated, and integrated Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.

This is a fully remote, home-based role for candidates in India, working UK shifts.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Salesforce Development & Customization

Build and customize Apex, LWC, and Flows across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Apttus CPQ/CLM.
Implement complex flows, custom objects, validation rules, and trigger-based automation.
Configure and customize Apttus CPQ to enhance quoting efficiency and integrate it with other modules.

✅ Integrations & Automation

Develop basic integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs.
Implement and support Salesforce Einstein Bots and Enhanced Bots for automated customer interactions.

✅ Troubleshooting & Support

Diagnose and resolve Salesforce & Apttus CPQ-related issues to ensure platform stability.

✅ Collaboration & Best Practices

Work with Solution Architects & Senior Developers to optimize system functionality.
Maintain technical documentation, process flows, and user stories for Agile development.
Conduct unit testing, debugging, and peer code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.

✅ Additional Skills (Preferred)

Experience with Salesforce security models, APIs, CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Git), and data migration techniques.

Qualifications & Experience

???? Education

Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science (preferred).

???? Experience

3-5 years of Salesforce implementation, configuration, and administration experience.
Hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apttus CPQ/CLM, Pardot/Einstein, Live Agent, and Integrations.
Deep knowledge of Apttus CPQ & CLM and strong understanding of Quoting, Opportunity Management, and Order Management processes.

???? Technical Skills

✔ Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, Triggers, and Salesforce Design Patterns.
✔ Strong problem-solving & debugging skills.
✔ Experience in Agile environments with excellent communication and business acumen.

???? Certifications (Preferred)

✔ Salesforce Administrator
✔ Platform Developer I (JavaScript Developer I or Platform Developer II is a plus)
