We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the role of Sales Support & Telecalling Executive. This role requires engaging with customers via phone to promote products/services, handle queries, and provide back-end support to the sales team.
???? Conduct outbound calls to promote products and services
???? Assist in converting leads and achieving sales targets
???? Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
???? Support the internal sales team with follow-ups and coordination tasks
???? Proficiency in Hindi and English (Preferred)
???? Good communication and persuasion skills
???? Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
???? Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment (for remote work)
