This role is an individual contributor position within the Sales Strategy & Operations team. You will be an integral part of an organization experiencing hyper growth and market expansion. As strategic advisors, our team provides key insights, offering solutions based on operational excellence and best practices to help steer the business toward greater success.

About the Role

If you enjoy Go-To-Market planning, sales forecasting, business operations, and data analysis, this role is for you! At Workday, you’ll partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to provide a 360° view of the business. You’ll deliver C-level recommendations that directly impact an already industry-leading SaaS organization.

This role combines business insights, innovative thinking, and curiosity to drive your work and help us achieve the best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate Business Performance: Assess current business performance against growth targets and support operations accordingly.
Define & Interpret KPIs: Design and interpret key performance metrics to deliver insights and strategic recommendations.
Optimize Operations: Identify and resolve operational issues to scale infrastructure, systems, and processes.
Support GTM Planning: Contribute to go-to-market planning through capacity planning, efficiency reviews, market segmentation, territory carving, and quota/incentive design.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, recruiting, field enablement, and other teams to drive initiatives forward.
Executive Presentations: Develop and present business insights and recommendations for senior leadership.

About You

Basic Qualifications

10+ years of experience in commercial, strategy, or financial analysis.
5+ years of experience in consulting or SaaS industry roles.
5+ years of experience partnering with sales leadership to drive revenue growth.
Proven track record in creating go-to-market strategies for business application software and SaaS vendors.

Other Qualifications

Strong analytical and operational excellence mindset with high emotional intelligence and executive presence.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and modeling/analysis.
Comfortable presenting and engaging with cross-functional teams and executive management.
A consultative approach with strong collaboration skills and a partnership mentality.
