About the Team:

This position is an individual contributor role within the Sales Strategy & Operations team, a core function in an organization experiencing hyper-growth and market expansion like Workday. As strategic advisors, the team delivers key insights, optimizing operational excellence and business performance.

About the Role:

Are you someone who thrives in a fun, fast-paced, and collaborative environment? If you are passionate about Go-To-Market (GTM) planning, growth strategy, sales forecasting, business operations, data analysis, and using data to drive insights, this role is for you!
You'll be working directly with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to provide a 360° view of the business, offering C-level recommendations that directly influence the company's strategy in the SaaS industry.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate business performance against growth targets to support operations
Define, design, and interpret key performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations
Identify operational issues and optimize systems/processes for scalability
Support GTM planning through capacity planning, market segmentation, territory carving, and quota/incentive design
Collaborate with various teams, including finance, recruiting, and field enablement
Develop and deliver presentations for executives

About You:

Basic Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in commercial, strategy, or financial analysis
5+ years of experience in consulting or SaaS industry
5+ years of experience partnering with sales leadership to drive revenue growth
Proven success in creating business application software and SaaS vendor go-to-market strategies

Other Qualifications:

High degree of analytical and operational excellence with emotional intelligence and executive presence
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and experience with modeling and analysis
Comfortable presenting and collaborating with cross-functional teams and executive management
A consultative approach with strong collaboration skills
