Business Unit Overview:

BigRock and Bluehost are leading brands in India offering domains, websites, hosting, and servers to businesses and professionals across the country. They are known for their innovative marketing and award-winning TV campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

Consultative Sales Approach: Focus on customer discovery, need analysis, solution pitching, negotiation, and closure via phone, chat, and email.
Sales Diligence: Build and manage sales pipeline, follow up with leads, and achieve revenue targets (attractive incentives).
Competitor Awareness: Stay proactive about competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Support, Product Management, and Marketing teams to provide customer feedback and resolve issues.
Mentorship & Coaching: Share knowledge and best practices with new team members.
Customer Relationships: Act as a web advisor to clients, helping them achieve their business goals through tailored products and services.
Campaigns & Projects: Contribute ideas for campaigns and take on projects that benefit the sales team.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Educational Qualification: Graduate (any stream).
Experience: 2-4 years in SaaS, retail, customer service, education, or related fields, preferably in the Indian market.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
- Quick learner with an inquisitive mind and strong analytical skills.
- Technology-savvy and eager to learn.
- Ability to manage a large volume of work efficiently.
- Strong team player with a desire to grow and collaborate.
