Job Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will be a key player in our healthcare call center, ensuring seamless patient support and service promotion. Your responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and meeting sales targets. This role is crucial for building strong patient relationships and driving service utilization.

Primary Responsibilities

???? Inbound Calls: Provide accurate information and support for healthcare services, appointments, and patient concerns.
???? Outbound Calls: Express appreciation, gather feedback, confirm or reschedule appointments, and resolve patient issues.
???? Sales-Driven Engagements:
✔️ Promote Nao Medical services and meet/exceed sales targets.
✔️ Identify upselling opportunities.
???? Multichannel Support: Respond to patient inquiries via email, chat, and SMS.
???? Documentation: Ensure accurate record-keeping of patient interactions in compliance with company policies.
???? Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills and stay updated on healthcare protocols.

Job Requirements

???? Education & Certifications:
✔️ Minimum 2 years of college or equivalent training and certifications.

???? Experience & Qualifications:
✔️ 1+ years of sales experience (Required).
✔️ 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
✔️ Familiarity with EMRs (eClinicalWorks, HIPAA regulations) is a plus.
✔️ Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
✔️ Basic knowledge of data security & confidentiality practices.
✔️ Strong understanding of sales & customer service principles.

⏰ Schedule Requirements:
✔️ Night shifts, 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday-Friday (including holidays).

???? Technical Requirements:
✔️ Reliable wired internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps speed).
✔️ Laptop/PC: Intel Core i5/Ryzen 5+ | 8GB RAM+ | Windows 10/macOS (latest version).
✔️ Storage: Minimum 128 GB free space.
✔️ Dual-screen setup (Preferred).
✔️ Webcam (720p+), microphone, and updated antivirus software.
✔️ Backup power & internet in case of outages.

Duties & Responsibilities

???? Call Management: Outbound calls for appointment confirmations, upselling, and feedback collection.
???? Multichannel Communication: Handle email, chat, and SMS inquiries.
???? Follow-ups: Contact patients regarding past and upcoming visits.
???? Appointment Coordination: Work with healthcare providers, laboratories, and home visit teams.
???? Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records in line with SOPs.
⚙️ Automation & AI Tools: Utilize technology to improve efficiency.
???? Training & Development: Participate in weekly 1-on-1 coaching and training sessions.
???? Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime & adapt to shifting schedules.
