Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Executive to sell mobile phones, video game consoles, and virtual reality headsets through IndiaMART and OLX. The role involves handling retail, wholesale, and B2B sales, including lead generation, customer engagement, deal negotiation, and closing sales. You will play a key role in maximizing sales opportunities across all three segments while meeting and exceeding sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

  • Utilize IndiaMART and OLX to generate leads across retail, wholesale, and B2B segments.

  • Target individual consumers, bulk buyers, and corporate clients for large-scale purchases.

Product Listings:

  • Create and manage optimized product listings on both platforms.

  • Ensure clear, accurate, and appealing product descriptions for mobile phones, gaming consoles, and VR headsets.

Customer Engagement:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via calls, emails, and messages.

  • Guide potential customers through the purchasing process while maintaining professional communication.

Sales Conversion:

  • Convert leads into successful sales by negotiating prices and offering bulk purchase discounts.

  • Close deals across retail, wholesale, and B2B channels.

Retail, Wholesale, and B2B Sales Management:

  • Retail: Direct sales to individual customers.

  • Wholesale: Bulk sales to small businesses and retailers.

  • B2B: Large-volume sales to corporations and institutions.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.

  • Provide post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Drive growth across all three sales segments.

Market Research:

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.

  • Adjust sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Order Management:

  • Coordinate order processing, inventory management, and delivery logistics.

  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.

  • Provide regular sales reports to management and track performance using CRM systems.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-3 years in sales, preferably in electronics or related industries (mobile phones, gaming consoles, etc.).

  • Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with IndiaMART and OLX is highly preferred; experience with similar platforms is a plus.

  • Sales Skills: Strong ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close deals in retail and B2B settings.

  • Product Knowledge: Understanding of mobile phones, video game consoles, and virtual reality headsets (or willingness to learn).

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus).

  • Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate prices, offer bulk discounts, and close deals with different client types.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using IndiaMART, OLX, CRM tools, and other digital platforms.

  • Target-Driven: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Customer Focus: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred).
