Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Operations Intern eager to learn and grow in a dynamic sales environment. The intern will work closely with the Sales Operations team, focusing on:

✔️ Process documentation
✔️ Data management
✔️ Cross-functional collaboration

This role requires attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and a passion for optimizing sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

???? Sales Process & Documentation
✔️ Document sales processes, tools, and SOPs for clear and comprehensive workflows.

???? Data Management
✔️ Maintain and update weekly cross-functional data from the database.
✔️ Ensure hygiene and accuracy of prospect & customer data in HubSpot.

???? Sales Contract Validation
✔️ Validate sales contracts to ensure accurate reporting.

???? Market Research & Analysis
✔️ Conduct competitor analysis & industry research to support ongoing projects.

???? Cross-Functional Support
✔️ Respond to ad-hoc requests from the GTM (Go-To-Market) team.

Requirements

✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets (filtering, data validation, pivot tables).
✔️ Available for a full-time internship (3 months), extendable based on performance.
✔️ Quick learner with a strong interest in data management & sales operations.
