Sales Officer

Job Type:

  • Full-time

  • Permanent

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
(₹15,000 take-home + incentives)

Schedule:

  • Morning shift

Experience:

  • 0–1 year of sales experience (freshers welcome)

  • Sales Representatives: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Total work: 1 year (Preferred)

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Diploma holders

  • Excellent communication in English & Kannada

  • People skills

  • Must hold a valid driving license (Two/Four Wheeler)

Goals & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a memorable customer experience at the showroom

  • Increase sales & encourage repeat visits

  • Act as a Sales Consultant – advise customers based on their needs

  • Achieve monthly individual sales targets

Key Tasks:

  • Follow all reporting systems

  • Organize roadshows

  • Promote and sell accessories

  • Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls

  • Drive referral sales

  • Maintain proper grooming, decorum & punctuality

Reporting To:

Territory Sales Manager
