We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Officer to join our dynamic team in the housing finance sector. The ideal candidate should have strong Loan Against Property (LAP) sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their LAP needs.
✅ Promote and sell Loan Against Property (LAP) products to potential customers.
✅ Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
✅ Conduct market research to evaluate competitor offerings and identify new opportunities.
✅ Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the loan application process.
✅ Prepare and present proposals to clients, ensuring successful closures.
