Salary Range: ₹2,00,000 – ₹4,25,000 per annum
Monthly: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000
Associate Sales Manager
Executive Sales Manager
1 to 7 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Life Insurance or related industries
Graduate (10+2+3) or Postgraduate
24 to 36 years
Recruit and manage life insurance agents/advisors
Train and motivate agents for better market/product understanding
Monitor agent performance and help them meet business targets
Maintain regular engagement with existing customers
Execute sales strategy to improve market reach and penetration
Seek new customers and grow the customer base
Supervise and be accountable for agents' activities under your hierarchy
Ensure policy quality and compliance standards
Strong local market knowledge
Experience in insurance agency or defense channel sales
Proven ability to lead, train, and manage a sales team
