Company Overview:

Urgent opening for Sales Managers/Sr. Sales Managers/BDM/Sr. BDM in the Life Insurance - Agency Channel.

Job Responsibilities:

Agency Channel / POS Management:

  • Monitor agent performance based on key variables: Renewal/Fresh database, funnel, and closures.

  • Ensure a high active percentage of POS (Point of Sale) agents.

  • Control attrition of POS agents.

  • Ensure high productivity and proper engagement levels within the team and POS.

Channel Servicing:

  • Reconcile partner accounts and coordinate with relevant departments.

Profitability:

  • Work on market dynamics and provide feedback for internal improvements.

  • Manage loss ratios effectively.

Compliance & Hygiene:

  • Ensure compliance with external bodies and authorities.

  • Maintain internal compliance standards.

  • Handle cheque bounce recovery and business pendency.

  • Other responsibilities as per KPIs and growth factors.

Experience Required:

  • 0 to 5 years in a sales role, with a preference for candidates from the life insurance sector.

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate / Post Graduate

  • Professional Degree preferred.
