Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Intern to join our dynamic sales team. As a sales intern, you will assist in a variety of tasks aimed at generating sales and supporting the sales department. Your responsibilities will include market research, lead generation, email campaigns, cold calling, and assisting with meetings. You should be eager to learn, take initiative, and be able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the manager and sales team with various tasks.
Conduct market research, gather information through surveys, or interact with clients and staff.
Attend and participate in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
Update sales records and documents.
Review sales performance against targets.
Observe and carry out sales processes.
Identify potential weaknesses and suggest improvements.
Assist with negotiations and sales discussions.
Maintain a log of all learning and deliver presentations to staff and stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or similar (Degree in marketing, business, or similar is a plus).
Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
Ability to work well in a team.
Proficiency in a foreign language is advantageous.
Ability to cope with rejection and remain calm in fast-paced environments.
Superb interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.
