Role Description

As a Sales and Marketing Intern at EXAGURU, you will be responsible for assisting with communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management tasks. You will support the organization's growth and outreach efforts through day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication: Engage with potential customers and answer queries about EXAGURU’s offerings.
Sales Support: Assist with sales tasks, including lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups.
Sales Management: Help manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide reports.
Training Assistance: Support the training team in organizing and executing training programs.
Customer Service: Provide high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Sales Skills: Ability to support and drive sales efforts.
Training Abilities: Capable of assisting with or delivering training programs.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to stay organized and manage tasks effectively.
Oracle Knowledge: Knowledge of Oracle technologies is a plus but not required.
Educational Background: Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
