Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and driven Sales Executives to expand our market presence in Delhi, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. You will be responsible for customer engagement, sales growth, and business expansion in the life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Identify & Engage Customers: Target academic institutions, research labs, and biotech companies in the assigned territory.
✔ Promote & Sell Products: Offer life science products such as antibodies, ELISA kits, proteins, and research supplies.
✔ Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships, understanding client needs.
✔ Sales Target Achievement: Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
✔ Market Analysis: Provide management with insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
✔ Industry Networking: Represent the company at exhibitions, workshops, and conferences to grow the customer base.

Qualifications & Skills

???? Education: Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field (Required)
???? Experience:

Total Work Experience: Minimum 3 years (Required)
Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years in life science products (Required)
???? Skills:
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Goal-oriented & self-motivated approach
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Experience in life sciences reagents, diagnostics, and instrumentation sales
Strong network in Pharma & major research institutes
