Work Timing:

  • Media Monitoring Analyst: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (US Hours)
  • Sales Executive: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

???? Media Monitoring Analyst - Responsibilities:

Media Monitoring & Analysis:

  • Use RSS reader software (e.g., Feedly) to track relevant media articles.
  • Conduct Google News searches for relevant content.
  • Utilize broadcast monitoring tools (e.g., Critical Mention) to compile media clips.
  • Generate email-based alerts based on pre-defined templates.

Data Collection & Research:

  • Support data collection, cleaning, and synthesis for research and reporting.
  • Conduct traditional and social media landscape analyses.
  • Evaluate owned and competitor social media channels.
  • Perform regular data pulls from social listening tools.

Troubleshooting & Support:

  • Assist in troubleshooting issues with maintenance projects.

???? Media Monitoring Analyst - Qualifications:

???? Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience using Google News searches for content.
  • Experience with RSS platforms (e.g., Feedly).
  • Preferred: Experience with broadcast monitoring platforms (e.g., Critical Mention).
  • Hands-on experience with media monitoring & social listening tools (e.g., Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Meltwater, LexisNexis, Cision, Newswhip).

???? Technical & Analytical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Strong data analysis & insight extraction skills.

???? Communication & Work Flexibility:

  • Strong written & spoken English (US English).
  • Willingness to work US hours (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
  • Ability to work independently and act on constructive feedback.

???? Sales Executive - Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Manage day-to-day sales and administrative tasks.
  • Handle incoming leads and convert them into business.
  • Perform cold calling to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Follow up with clients post-appointments for feedback.
  • Pitch new services and offers to potential clients.
  • Generate leads through various mediums and convert them into sales.

Market Research & Coordination:

  • Conduct ad posting and market research.
  • Maintain a client database and follow up regularly.
  • Coordinate video & teleconferences.

???? Sales Executive - Qualifications:

???? Experience:

  • 3 years in Business Development (Required).
  • 1+ years in Lead Generation & Sales (Preferred).

???? Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Search.
  • EPABX handling & email writing skills.
  • Preferred: Extraordinary typing speed & shorthand skills.

???? Communication & Work Flexibility:

  • Fluent in English (Preferred).
  • 6-day workweek, including weekends (One weekday off between Tuesday-Thursday).
