Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Business Opportunity Identification: Research, network, and cold-call to identify and target new business opportunities.

  • Sales Cycle Management: Handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Client Engagement: Approach customers and attend in-person meetings at scheduled times.

  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Consultative Selling: Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

  • Learning New Offerings: Learn new service offerings and identify new account opportunities.

  • Revenue and Sales Goals: Meet objectives for revenue, gross profit, client meetings, etc.

  • Sales Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for tracking sales performance.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and clients to deliver solutions that solve client and business challenges.

  • Risk Management: Collaborate with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
