We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive (Telesales Manager) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling Authorpreneur packages, generating new leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

???? Key Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Sell Authorpreneur packages to new and existing clients
Generate new leads via cold calling, networking, and referrals
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Maintain client relationships to promote repeat business and customer loyalty
Track industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
Collaborate with internal teams to align on sales strategies

???? Requirements:

Experience:
- 1–3 years as a Telesales Team Leader or Manager (Required)
- 3 years as a Telesales Executive/Caller (Required)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Strong ability to handle a fast-paced sales environment and meet targets
Experience managing a telesales team is highly desirable
