???? Job Summary:

We are hiring a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell Authorpreneur packages. This role involves lead generation, team handling, relationship management, and hitting sales targets. Candidates with a background in Tale Sales or the timeshare industry are preferred.

???? Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Present and demonstrate Authorpreneur packages.
Negotiate and close deals to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Keep track of industry trends and market developments.
Collaborate with internal teams on sales strategy and execution.

???? Requirements:

Experience:
- 1–3 years in Tale Sales as a team leader/manager
- 3 years of Tale Sales Executive and Tale Caller experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business Admin, Marketing, or related field)
Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
- CRM software proficiency (plus MS Office)
- Team handling abilities
Languages Required:
- English, Hindi, Odia, Marathi
Shift Availability:
- Day, Night, Overnight shifts
