Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to engage customers effectively, and a keen interest in lead generation and conversion.

???? Freshers are welcome to apply! Immediate joiners preferred.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Conversion – Build conversations, engage with customers, and convert leads efficiently.
Inbound & Outbound Calls – Handle customer inquiries and resolve queries professionally.
Customer Service Follow-up – Ensure customer issues are addressed and resolved promptly.
Daily & Weekly Reporting – Submit DWR (Daily Work Report) and WWR (Weekly Work Report) on time.
CRM Management – Maintain lead follow-up records and update customer interactions.
Event Activities – Participate in company events as instructed by the team head.
Team Coordination – Work collaboratively with the team and report to respective team leads.


Required Skills & Qualifications

???? Education: Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory)
???? Languages: English & Hindi (Fluency required)
???? Technical Requirements: Own laptop & smartphone (Mandatory)
???? Local Knowledge: Awareness of Gurugram’s geographical area is a plus
???? Soft Skills:
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Strong listening and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
✔ Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
