Job Title: Telesales Executive (US Voice Process)

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 per month

360 Degrees Consulting is an exclusive partner of a US-based used car parts aggregation company. As their dedicated distributor, we specialize in sales and post-sales support. Since this is a US-based process, strong English communication skills are a must.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Telesales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, drive sales, and assist with customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, thrive in a high-pressure environment, and excel in communication, negotiation, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell used vehicle parts.
  • Handle inbound customer calls and provide necessary assistance.
  • Accurately record customer orders and process purchases.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction with products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Utilize sales scripts provided by the company to drive conversions and handle objections.
  • Stay updated with in-depth knowledge of company products and services to offer appropriate recommendations.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: Diploma (preferred).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2-3 years in a US/International voice process.
    • Minimum 3 years of overall sales experience (B2C sales preferred).
    • Prior experience in telesales is mandatory.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong English communication skills with no mother tongue influence.
    • Experience in handling international customers (US/UK accent training is a plus).
    • Ability to follow scripts and handle customer objections effectively.
    • Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Candidates must have their own mode of transportation.
    • Must be willing to work from the office (No work-from-home option).
